Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the ZetHub website and services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
ZetHub provides web and software development, consulting and related professional services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work.
In the event of a conflict, the terms of a signed statement of work prevail over these general Terms.
2. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment the client owns the custom deliverables created specifically for their project.
ZetHub retains ownership of pre existing tools, frameworks and know how, and grants the client a licence to use them as embedded in the deliverables.
3. Fees and payment
Fees, payment schedules and currency are set out in the applicable statement of work. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice unless agreed otherwise.
Late payments may result in the suspension of services and may accrue interest as permitted by applicable law.
4. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep the other party’s confidential information secret and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.
This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between the parties.
5. Warranties and liability
Services are provided with professional care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZetHub is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the notice terms of the applicable statement of work.
On termination, the client will pay for all services performed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZetHub is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
